The CSRA Rush Junior Academy program is designed to bridge individual player development and basic team aspects to prepare players for a smooth and fluid transition into our Girls and Boys Academy programs. Our quality and experienced coaches bring energy and passion to every session.  There's a very heavy emphasis on the overall technical development of our Jr. Academy players.  By doing this, they can begin to build proper and effective decision making when on the ball, because of their high levels of self confidence being able to control it.
