The Friday Night Finishing program is designed for players that would like to get 80-100 shots on goal per session on a Friday night during the season. This 6 session program puts an emphasis on teaching proper striking technique along with ball placement/movement. Players will learn how to bend a ball in different way, make the proper runs, develop their prep touch, and power in their shots.
This is equally as important for all of our goal keepers to attend as well as field players. These sessions are designed for keepers as well to get multiple different looks in ways to cut down angles, block shots, 1v1 break aways and crosses, that they will not get as many repetitions in their regular team trainings.
