 Are you preparing yourself? 

Your team training is of course an an essential phase of your development as a player. However, to be one of the elite players in any sport you must focus on every element of the game from Team tactics (practices) to individual skill , and the many other areas of elite performance. What you will learn and gain proficiency in at our camp is:

• Individual technique
• Individual & team tactics
• Physical conditioning
• Mental awareness
• Decision making and critical thinking
• Knowledge and understanding of the game (formations, team tactics, etc.)
• Communication

With the CSRA Summer Camp, you will have the opportunity to work on these things, to push and challenge yourself with our top level staff. We are excited to get everyone back out and working hard, extending their comfort/challenge zones, in a fun competitive environment..
